We guide you through the entire creative process—translating your ideas, preferences, and inspirations into a custom design that is both meaningful and unique to your celebration. From concept to completion, we manage every stage of your project, allowing you to focus on your wedding plans and fully enjoy the moments leading up to your big day.

Consultation &
Project Kickoff
We begin by discussing your vision, style, and event theme—exploring invitation samples, paper options, print methods, fonts, colour palettes, and any additional inserts. After our consultation, you'll receive a custom estimate and contract to officially begin your project.

Design & Proofing
Next, we provide a digital concept design for your review, including two rounds of revisions based on the initial scope. Once approved, you'll receive a final hard copy proof for your sign-off before moving into production.

Production & Assembly
We oversee all printing with our trusted print partners to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery. Production timelines vary depending on the selected print method, which we’ll review with you during your consultation. All pricing includes assembly (envelopes not sealed) and careful packaging of your handcrafted invitation sets.

Ongoing Support & Final Delivery
We maintain open communication throughout your order and are always available to assist. It’s our joy to share in the excitement as your custom wedding stationery comes together and is ready for pick-up!
